Home-Style Vegetable Burgers
With Chickpeas, Sautéed Vegetables, Portobella Mushrooms, and Fire Roasted Garlic
We took your average Garden Burger and amplified it's taste and texture. We start by cooking up a batch of fresh chickpeas to use as a base. We then begin sautéing a mirepoix of vegetables then combine with the chickpeas, portobello mushrooms, and pearled barley.
